For the last month or so when I fill in the delivery confirmation number on the #5 ship it take for ever to update, is there something I can do as I ship 100 + packages and the 1 minute delay per items is really adding up

Hi there,
Is this the only area where you're experiencing a lag? If so, it might help to clear your browser cache. I'm not sure why that one action would be causing problems.

Hello,
Are you doing an import of your eBay listings into Vendio regularly? If you have archived a listing, and you do an import of your eBay listings, the archived listing will also be imported (assuming it closed recently).
If you are not doing an import of your eBay listings, please let us know an example listing number where you are having this problem.

Hello,
This can happen when you import all of your active and recently closed eBay listings. If you have already archived a recently closed listing, the import will reimport the listing into your Vendio account. The reimported listing will not include the Vendio information, as the listing was pulled from the eBay site (and does not contain the Vendio information that was associated with the listing when it was archived).
In order to avoid this problem in the future, you should use the "Track" feature (to import specific listings into your Vendio account), rather than the "Import" feature (that imports all active and recently closed eBay listings).
