I often am using more than one computer at a time and cannot figure if it is possible to sync batches, images, templates, etc. when drafting listings on my laptop and finalizing and launching them from my desktop. I have tried copying onto a flash drive and transferring that way, but no success. Anyone?

Hello,
You should have access to your images and templates regardless of which computer you are using. You would need to synchronize each computer in order for this to be the case. (If you add an image on one computer, for example, when you synch the image is uploaded to your online account. Then when you synch with your other computer, the image is downloaded to Sales Manager Pro.) Is your Sales Manager Pro set to upload your images, or to only do so when it is necessary for a batch that is being uploaded? Also, are you getting any errors when you synchronize?
The batches are different, and will not be available on one computer, if they were created on another computer. You can copy the batch file from one computer, and place it in the same folder of the other computer. In order to locate your batch files go to your C drive, then "Program Files" --> "Vendio" --> "Batches" --> and copy the file(s) from there.
