I realize you now have two different products onhand that do the same thing and new users are being given the Andale version.
I gave the Andale lister a try, but there are things that it just doesn't offer that I rely on in SMPro.
At present you seem to be updating the online SM, but not SMPro. I do not like listing online. Even with a strong, high speed connection it is still a lot slower.
Andale may be great for a different type of seller, but it just didn't work for me. I can't use Profiles because every item I sell is different. The shipping methods I offer vary from item to item. There is no custom template tool like SM has... it's either a stock template or totally custom and I'm not a programmer either.
I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that unless you do something SMPro is eventually going to become too outdated and when that happens I'm far more likely to switch to a different service than I am to switch to the Andale lister.

Hello Peggy,
This isn't an official request to ask about wants for the program, rather just which features in the current online SM that oldcountrybarn was hoping would be available in the offline tool.

#1 - separate handling fields for domestic and international, more fields for s/h options. I'm sure there are others but at 2am that's what pops off my brain.
My biggest concern is that SM is being moved towards obsolesence. I asked about this awhile ago and it was suggested that I try the Andale lister.
Obviously with any new program there is a learning curve, but I found that the Andale product lacks several things that I rely on in SM.
SM is not being offered to new users and Vendio now owns two competing products, hence my concern that it's no longer truly being supported and Andale at this point in time will not work for me as a replacement.
