I've purchased some Templates and can't use them with Vendio. How can I fully customize one of the templates in the Workshop?
I tried deleting all the editable template areas, but I can't get rid of the photo placements or Vendio ad info at the bottom.
Why can't I just get a blank page so I can use my purchased templates?
Or is the best thing to set up the items in ebay and then import?
Other products permitting, we can sometimes import customer template code on a special request basis. These are typically done inbetween our scheduled engineering tasks, so use the 'contact us' form anytime to file a request for this to be done.
Otherwise you would need to use the template workshop to recreate your custom template by editing the logo's, accent graphics and colors/layouts to get the same general feel as the ones you like.
