I'm doing some listings for the 20 cent sale tomorrow and want to do some fixed price with best offers. That option doesn't appear to be available in SMPro for some reason. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks

Hello,

For fixed price eBay listings, just go to the eBay site specifics tab to enable the best offer feature, as well as setup an amount to be automatically accepted as seen above.

I just went to my account and it was already checked to accept offers. I don't see how I can use it in SMPro. The option in SMPro isn't clickable.

Hello,

When you click to create your new listing in Pro, you have to indicate that the item is a fixed price item.

If the item isn't setup initially as fixed price, you won't have the best offer option available.

The screenshot above is from SMPRO, and if your seeing the same options on your end but it is greyed out like you cannot select it, then you may have picked the 'auction' option instead of 'fixed price' for the listing type.

Christopher

Yes I was picking Fixed Price (even tried Ebay store) and the best offer is still grayed out.
I opted out of the option and closed SMPro. Now I'll go back and re-check best offers and see if that works when I reopen SMPro. I'll let you know if that works.
Thanks

It didn't work. Too much time wasted already so I'll just edit online.
But can you have someone check into it for me?
Thanks

Hello,

Are you assigning a category to the item first?
Note that you won't see the best offer option appear if you have yet to assign an eBay category to the item.
