I am experiencing a problem specifically when a bidder uses Vendio's checkout system.

My Paypal default is to block NON-CONFIRMED addresses.

The problem is when a bidder enters a different address than what is registered as "confirmed" with paypal they get error message.

The most recent bidder says, "The message says that my receiving preferences don't allow me to accept this transaction."

I get this problem 3-4 times a week... any suggestions?

Hello,

We would suggest editing your 'Checkout Process Welcome Message' to indicate that your buyers *must* enter their confirmed PayPal email address while completing the checkout process.

The Checkout Process Welcome Message be the message displayed as buyers begin the checkout process, either via clicking the link in a WBN email, or by viewing their cart while shopping at your store.

You can make this change in your Post Sale Management preferences via the My Account page. Or just click here.
