ENOUGH IS ENOUGH NOW. I HAVE 3 COMPUTERS WITH VISTA ON IT AND ALL HAVE THE SAME CRASH PROBLEMS. YOU KEEPING TELLING US FIXES IS AVAILABLE BUT THEIR ARE NONE. VISTA HAS BEEN OUT FOR 3 YEARS!!! I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR ALL THE MONTHS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THE PROGRAM. EVEN WHEN I TRY TO EDIT HTML ON THE WEB SOFTWARE I HAVE PROBLEMS. THE HTML BOX IS TOO TINY TOO EDIT. WHEN I EDIT TEXT SIZES THEY DON'T WORK ALL THE TIME.

Hello,
The phisical size of the item description box is pretty much the same on Sales Manager Pro as it is on the online Sales Manager.
Which items are you having trouble with editing the size of text using the HTML editor from the online Sales Manager? It's possible that the HTML your using is conflicting with how you have the template setup for that specific auction.
Unfortunately we haven't been able to officially support the Vista OS for Sales Manager Pro due to all of the issues with Vista. A replacement program is coming, but not a new version of Sales Manager Pro that would support Vista - a completely different offline program (if being offline is your primary reason for using SMPRO.)
Im assuming that you have already tried all the workarounds (that have worked for some) to get SMPRO to work on all of those machines? (if not, you should, because with Vista what works/doesn't-work on some machines will/won't on another, it's really hit or miss with that OS.)

I have tried all the things on the privious posts. When I edit the HTML I can elarge it to a full page. When I use the HTML editor on the Web Application it is 1/5 the size of the page.
The main problem I have is every time I save the file it gives me the crash window.
