I am another one of those frustrated Vista users. I did manage to get Sales Manager Pro to work using some workarounds but I have a question about naming the batches.
When I attempt to "Save Batch As", there is nowhere that I can enter a name. So I just save it with the name that is already on it, such as "New Batch #1" (or whatever number it is that comes up). Then I immediately reopen the folder and rename the batch. This works, but I was wondering if there is some way that I can name the batch as I normally would?

Hello Genie,
Are you using the batch importer? If so, you may name the file in step 5 of the import process by using the "Batch file name" box. (The step after you match up your fields.)
Or are you entering the data into Sales Manager Pro directly? (Without importing it.) If so, you should have a "Save Batch As" option in Sales Manager Pro under the "File" menu. If you are unable to locate this option, please let us know what options you have under your Sales Manager Pro file menu.
Or do you mean you can locate the "Save Batch As" option, but you cannot find where to enter the batch name? If so, after selecting to save the batch, you should get a window that lets you select where to save it. Near the bottom of the window you should see the "File name" box (immediately above the "Save as type box" ). If you do not see the "File name" box here, please let us know what you see at the bottom of the pop-up after clicking "Save Batch As". For example, do you see the "Save as type" box?
Regards,
Nathan
