With all the problems of Vista and my desktop SMpro. I now have to lauch auctions from the Control Panel. This is costing me more money and now, my last two auctions I launched on ebay are in a large type page display. The text etc. does not fit margin widths. What is going on now. ?
You have to use the left - right page slide at the bottom to read the description. Vendio seems to have more and more problems each month. Any anwsers to this new problem? I appreciate any help. Thanks
Listing from the online Sales Manager shouldn't cost you anything different from doing so via Sales Manager Pro. Pro is simply a way to post using the stripped down offline version of the online tools, but there is no cost difference between the two programs.
Chances are the issue with your recent items is the size of the picture you submitted as the eBay gallery. Take a look at the bottom of those listings (and let us know which items they are so we can have a peek) and see if there is an oversized image being displayed at the very bottom.
I took a look at your most recent listing on eBay and that does appear to be the problem. Now that the gallery is free, if you specify an eBay gallery image for your listing eBay is going to use it at it's full size.
For example, this is the image at the bottom of your most recent listing, in the size eBay is displaying it at:
As you can see, it blows the page way out.
When you list your items going forward, opt not to specify an eBay gallery image, so we can send the smaller version of your image to eBay as the main picture and allow it to show the smaller size instead.
