I have two items that have bids on them and yet after several refreshes they still are not appearing in Sales Manager. For what we pay they should be updated the minute a new page is refreshed. Is this a glitch or is Vendio just not updating as often? Is there less server space or what? Hope this doesn't become the norm.
Sorry for the late reply. If you are still having trouble with this, please provide a specific listing number as an example, so that we can take a look.

Just so you know this had nothing to do with a specific item number...it had more to do with the whole sales manager page not refreshing to pick up current bids and looks info. You have, however, stated in an announcement that everything on the site has been slow and are working to correct it. Sometimes, it might be nice to know why things are slow as opposed to just saying they are slow. Often we get only a general diagnosis and not any of the symptom inforamation. Transparency goes a long way.
The slowness referenced in the announcement is about general site speed, and totally unrelated to receiving updated stats about listings from the eBay API.
