Is there any way to set the shipping options to FREE SHIPPING in SMPro? Currently I have to revise my auctions immediately after launch to enable that function on Ebay.

I think if you put a ZERO (0) in the shipping cost then ebay will put free shipping. If you already tried this and it didn't work, then my apologies. I know it works when you put a zero in the shipping cost and launch from sm online.

Beth is correct (thank you Beth!). Should you continue to have trouble with this, please provide an example listing number where you have entered $0.00 as the shipping cost, but it is not showing as free shipping on eBay.

I am still having trouble getting the auction listing to launch showing free shipping on the ebay page. I had to manually revise the listing, click on "same cost to all buyers", then click on Services "other" and click "free shipping". This would change the listing to FREE SHIPPING terms (item# 250229384797). I also tried entering "0" in the shipping cost for priority Mail in the Sales Mgr Pro program, and on my account (global prefences). None of these actions seem to work. The free shipping option still hase to be manually revised to show up. I have been with Vendio for over 6 years and have had few issues in the past. I am using SMPro version 7.0.2, build 1379.
The problem with this listing is that you have not specified shipping costs for eBay checkout. For future listings, when creating them in Sales Manager Pro, go to the "eBay Site Information" tab. Then click the "Payment Instructions & Details" button. Select "I am specifying shipping cost for eBay checkout". Then select "I use fixed shipping rates" and save.
Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
