When I list from sales manager pro, even though I fill out the "shipping information" tab, however when the item gets listed on ebay, it does not show the shipping prices and every time I have to revise the auction to enter those values.

Hello,

On the Site Specifics tab, click the 'Payment Instructions and Details' button in the lower/center of the tab. In the popup that appears, check the box that says 'I AM specifying eBay shipping and payment details.'
This is what will duplicate your shipping options over into the eBay specific section for them.
