ok..must be too late at night.
I added ONE new category to my eBay store. Saved it. Completed..shows in eBay MANAGE MY STORE section. I went to Vendio, UPDATED categories, saved, completed , done. I opened SMPro, sychronized, closed program. Reopened program...still NO new category?????
That eBay store category is not currently imported into your account.
Go to the My Account page, click the eBay link for Site Specifics, and use the link next to your current eBay store categories to import/update with your most recent offerings.
When done, verify you see it in this drop down menu. If you do, go ahead and synch/restart SMPRO to pick it up.

I clicked the CLICK HERE to update categories???
Did all that..

DId that part work out ok, to warrant trying to synch Pro to pick it up?
When I checked, that category isn't in your list. If your clicking to import it, it isn't coming over. Can you verify at your eBay storefront that this category does still exist?
It may simply not be showing because you don't have any items listed in it currently, but upon checking your active eBay storefront that category doesn't appear to be in the list. (you can likely ignore this last part, as really it would only show if you have something listed in that category already.)

Here are my categories from EBAY:
JEWELRY -- ASST. 0(sub) 0(listings)
JOHNNY LIGHTNING 0 167
KEYS-old/skeleton/house/clock 0 0
Knives 0 4
MATCHBOX 4 183
I then go to Vendio online, my account, site specifics EBAY, if you changed or updated categories CLICK HERE...I click here, another box shows, do you want to update--YES, then SAVE, then DONE
Then I open SMPro...synchronize...and still NO KEYS category
On the eBay site specifics page here in Vendio, where you click to import/update your eBay storefront categories - if you click this drop down now, do you see the new category your trying to import?
If it isn't coming through, try recreating it at your eBay store, then reimport it.
Do not bother with Sales Manager Pro at all until you can get to where you see it as an option on the drop down menu on the eBay site specifics page.

Chris...sorry for all the trouble.
Can I make a suggestion; next time this comes up, tell the "idiot"(me) to turn OFF - ALL FIREWALLS/POP-UP BLOCKERS/ADD_ONS etc. I had Norton's fully on and that "small window" after you click update and it confirms would NOT come up with the security measures on.

eBay Store categories updated. You must close and reopen all batch items for the changes to take effect.....works fine
