Hi,

The computer I use for Vendio is being repaired.

Right now I'm using another computer. It does Not have SMP installed on it.

Can you tell me if my SMP batches are actually stored in my old computer... or does Vendio store them online and send them back to me when I open SMP?

Will I still be able to view them if I install SMP on this computer?

And will I cause any harm to SMP on my other computer..... if I also install SMP on this computer? I don't want to loose my stored auctions.

Hello Lynn,

The Batch files are stored locally on your computer, but installing the program on another machine won't be a problem. You can download and install it on another computer to use to create new listings, you just wouldn't have access to the batches on your other machine until you get it back.
