sale pro manager wont let me log in Im new to the service what is wo\rong?

Hello,

You are currently using the new version of our services, and there is not yet an offline software that you can use with that version of our services. We are working on adding this, but I do not have a specific eta available at this time. In the meantime, you would need to use our online website.
