OK I am up and running using Sales Manager Pro finally in windows 98 on Vista. Wonder if there is a way to set Handling time and return policy now specified by ebay??? thanks,Susan

Hello Susan,
You can set the return policy for items that are being listed through Sales Manager Pro by logging in to your online account and going to "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" ) --> scroll down to the "eBay Return Policy details" and fill in the information --> also check the box for "Apply these settings when launching listings that have no Return Policy details specified (created before Return Policy was supported, or launched from SM Pro)".
For the handling time, it is not possible to specify this through Sales Manager Pro currently. Once eBay begins enforcing their policy to require this, we will be adding a similar function as the above (where you will be able to have your online default apply to listings that are launched through Sales Manager Pro). In the meantime, you would need to upload the listings from Sales Manager Pro, but do not schedule them. You would then be able to edit the pending listings from your online account to add the handling time, and launch from there.
