While the new version has corrected the problem for some Vista users, others are still having trouble using SM Pro on a Vista machine. Please try running the program in Windows 98 compatibility mode, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this. To do this, right-click on the SM Pro desktop icon and select "Properties". Then go to the "Compatibility" tab and select to run the program in Windows 98 compatibility mode. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after making that change.
