Hello,
I am unable to save my work in Pro again...this has been happening for over a year now, sporadically, but usually I can manage my way through and it finally saves. That's not happening now.
"...has encountered a problem and needs to shut down...send report to Microsoft..."
I use Windows XP...and the old version of Pro.

Hello,

Please try installing the new version of Sales Manager Pro, and let us know whether or not that makes any difference.
