How do we offer free shipping using SMPro .. The only free options I find in the Shipping Area are Free Shipping if BIN is used or if the items is purchased through a Vendio Store.. Thanks
You may do this when creating an item in Sales Manager Pro by going to the "eBay Site Information" tab. Then click the button for "Payment Instructions & Details". There is a box labeled "Offer free shipping with the first eBay-supported carrier". If you check this box, then the first shipping carrier that you enter in the "Shipping Information" section will be made free (regardless of the cost that you enter for it).
Please note that this option was not available in earlier versions of Sales Manager Pro, so if you are not seeing the option you might need to upgrade to a more recent version.

Nathan: Thanks for your fast reply. I did that before contacting you. But this auction does not show up with a Free Shipping Icon on the ebay pages.Nor, does it indicate Free Shipping on the item page. Item # 400053107446. I am using version 7.0.1 (build 1373)
I checked this listing, but it looks like the "Offer free shipping with the first eBay-supported carrier" option was not selected. Are you sure that you selected this from the "Payment Instructions & Details" section?
