I am having trouble with my Sales Manager Pro ever since I installed the latest version of Microsoft Office (2007). Ever since then, my Sales Manager Pro will shut itself down every other auction. I am not sure if this is a vista thing or not, but it wasn't doing it before the installation. Has anyone else had this problem?
I ran into the same issue you did after that Office update unfortunately.
Try again to run the program in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP2, as after running the compatibility wizard in Vista for SMPRO it set it up this way and I haven't had it crash since.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Vendio
Navigate to the above directory and right click the SMPRO application icon, then choose 'Troubleshoot compatibility' and Vista will set it up for you.
If you still have trouble with it in XP SP2 mode, please let us know.
