I am getting this error no matter what I do: Synchronization failed -
There is a problem with images synchronization.
Please check the sync log, visible after clicking the Details button, to see which image file halted the sync process, then go to www.Vendio.com and check the status of the image.
If its upload failed (which might be due to excessive size, invalid format, or corrupted data), please remove the image from the SMPro Image Bar.
I get the error when I add any image and press sync. I tried smaller and bigger pictures, I deleted online folders, I tried reinstalling Sales Manager Pro, nothing helps. Can anyone help? Thanks!
The error message you are receiving when attempting to synchronize indicates that there may be a problem with one or more of your image files.
In order to diagnose which image file(s) are causing the sync error, please try the following:
1. After closing all batches, click the "Synchronize" icon in the lefthand toolbar.
2. Click the "Details" button after synchronization starts. This will give you a detailed log of which specific images and/or preferences are being synchronized.
3. When the synchronization halts, you should see an indicator in the details log that will tell you which image file halted the synchronization process.
4. Once you have the image file name, try deleting it from the image bar in SM Pro. Repeat this process until all images are synchronized.
You may upload the image(s) that were halting synchronization directly to our website using the Image Hosting page, and then reimport them into SM Pro after they are online. This way, those particular images will not need to go through the synchronization process.
There are several reasons why an image file may halt synchronization, but most commonly it is due to excessive image size, invalid image format, or corrupted image data. You might also want to check the security level on your browser, anti-virus software, and/or firewall software, as these can prevent image downloads as well.
Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
Double check also for any firewall software you may be running, especially when reinstalling the program as it may be added to the blocked list - or simply need to be added to the safe list.
One test you can do to check if there are any firewall issues is to setup an item in a batch unscheduled and try to upload it (without images attached) to see if you can upload any data without error, or if its just specific to images.
