Hi I have an account with a store. Im trying to use Sales Manager Pro. I d/l and installed but it keeps saying invalid username/password and it will not download my posted content. Im using my valid username/password that i access thru the web. Is this program Sale Manager Pro free for me to use is my account set up for it? and if so why is it not accepting my valid info?
More details the program does install and goes to the 2 step verify process.
The first step to verify my username/password and shows it as valid and puts the green check on it.
The second step is marketplace ebay etc info (Ihave an ebay account setup and use it)shows a red ! not a green check pass?.
It skips past the red ! and then tries to sync at that point it will not accept my username/password as valid and will not d/l or allow me to connect and use
You appear to be using our newer system currently, which has no links to the Sales Manager Pro software within it - because that offline SMPRO program was not designed or supported on this newer listing system that you have now.
Did you use Vendio previously with this software program? If so and if you prefer to use that program, we would need to reactivate your original account to use the program and close this newer one.
