I would like to make a template that has some item description on top then my pictures in the middle then more item description below pictures.
Ultimately I want to create a pictured based link at top of auction.
Description/picture/description is the only way I can think of doing it though.
Keep in my mind I don't want the bulk of my description near the top and I don't want to elimate it it either.
Of the available options, there are a few that might get you what your looking for. In the Template Workshop, found via the My Account - Custom Templates page, you can design a new layout for any of the existing templates in the system.
One of the layout options is called 'Centered and Split' - which places one image at the top above the start of the item description, then places the rest of the images below the item description in a row of two side by side as it goes down the page.
The 'images wrap left' and 'images wrap right' may also work for what your looking to do, as would the layouts called 'left and on top' - 'right and on top' - 'left and 2 on top' - and 'right and 2 on top.'
