I've been trying to upload auctions I want to start tonight, but it keeps stalling on me. It said there was a problem with one of the images. I deleted the auction with the problem image (although I can't imagine what the problem is), but it still wouldn't upload. Is there a problem with the system or does it have anything to do with the scheduled maintenance?

Hello,

We have not received any other reports of problems today that I am aware of, and my Sales Manager Pro is currently working correctly. So it does not appear to be related to the maintenance that happened last night. Did you also remove the image from Sales Manager Pro, or just the listing itself? If the image that is causing the problem is still in Sales Manager Pro, then the problem would continue. Please try removing the image as well, and let us know should you continue to have trouble.

Regards,
Nathan

What is the exact text of the error message that you are receiving when the program stalls on you?

Hi Nathan,

Well, after about 6 attempts, I finally got the batch to load including the auction with the supposedly bad image. Go figure! I wonder if it could be my ISP?

Hello,

It is difficult to say what caused the problem without further information, unfortunately. But I am glad that it is working for you now. Should the problem happen again, please let us know the text of the error message that you are receiving. Or, even better, while the synchronization process is happening click the "Details" button. Then when the process halts copy the information from the Details box so that we can take a closer look.

Regards,
Nathan
