I have chosen to do the calculated shipping for my auctions due to the USPS new zone shipping rates. However, now when I want to have free shipping on an item, I can't figure out how to do that. It keeps telling me that I have to choose at least one calculated shipping rate. So how can I use calculated shipping, and still be able to have free shipping on some of my auctions??

Hello Roberta,
To do this in SMPro, go to the "eBay Site Specifics" tab for the item that you are creating. Then click the "Payment Instructions & Details" button. Click the box for "Offer free shipping with the first eBay-supported carrier" and click "OK". This will make the first shipping carrier in your list of domestic shipping options free shipping.
