Help, I am having issues with the address not being available in Vendio when I have two items purchased by the same person. I have to go into my ebay listing, order details and manually put in buyers address for it to come up in Orders to Ship, single purchase items come up fine. Can anyone help me with this or is having the same problem? jdb

Hello,

Are these items already marked as paid automatically by the PayPal IPN?

Any items marked as paid automatically should have an address imported and applied to it in that process.

It's possible that the issue is that the items aren't being marked as paid automatically - where the address is then unable to be imported.
