I just tried to open an UPI dispute from Vendio and was denied because it wasn't more than 7 days from the auction closing. Ebay now allows you to file a UPI after 4 days. Please change this to reflect ebay's policy.
Could you please confirm that you were able to successfully open the UPI dispute through eBay directly, and also provide the listing number where you had this problem?

No, I was able to open the dispute from Ebays resolution center. I first tried to start it on SMP. Only after not being successful on SMP, did I open it on ebay.

Again, I tried to post a UPI dispute and was unable to from Vendio because it was less than 7 days. Ebay allows UPI's to be filed after 4 days.

Hello,
We have escalated this to our engineers and asked them to get this corrected. Unfortunately, in the meantime it would be necessary to either wait 7 days to file through Vendio, or to file through your eBay account directly.
