I sent this message to CS on the 26th with no response so far
please help me get this fixed! I am currently being ob=vercharged after years of using your services.
I recently, just a few days before my new billing cycle would start, switched from variable rate power plan
>with no listing fee and 1.75% fvf to flat rate premium plan with .22

The most recent message that I am seeing from the email address that is associated with this Vendio account is from January. What email address did you use to send us the message? Please let us know so that we can locate the message -- we do not discuss billing issues in this public forum.

Hello Joyce,
It looks like you sent the message from the "Customer Manager" section of your Vendio account, which is a different email address from that that is set as the primary email address in your Vendio account (under "My Vendio" --> "Personal Info" --> "Primary e-Mail" ).

I can't ask here in a community thread and customer manager is the only place I've ever been told to contact customer service
does vendio have customer service becouse waiting 4 days for a reply to something as serious as this is outragous
please inform me how to get customer service ?

since no one from Vnedio has responded to me about my overcharged account for 4 days
I have emailed theough customer manager and help.
would you mind letting me know how Vendio justifies charging both listing fee and final value fee on plans that choose to use either / or ?
my plan last month was just for final value fees-- no listing fees.
and the plan I changed to for this month has listing fees, no final value fees.
but I am being charged for both listing and final avlue fees for both billing periods.
can you please tell me what this means?
in an earlier thread I tried to get help with sell similar as relisting no longer allows items to show up in ebay best match search.
becouse vendio provides no suport for sell similar I no longer use GTC , nor do I use Vendio for relisting.
I changed my plan to reflect that, thinking that since I now only list about 200 items per month instead of the over 1000 items per month with relists and GTC I would choose a paln that just charges me for those 200 auction launches per month and no longer give you my final value fees since I am not able to use Vendio for anything other than launching auctions.
but instead i got a double down in fees stretching back retroactively!
can you advise what plan I need as your plan descriptions are not actually telling me what they entail?
We did receive the email that you sent to us on 11/26 at 11:25pm asking about the billing changes you made and how that is reflected on your statement.
The billing department is checking into this for you and will reply via email as soon as possible.
The only thing I can note from a customer service perspective is that your items are charged based on the plan you were using when you launched them. Im not sure if that is the cause of confusion over the charges or not, but just wanted to note that you will still see FVF charges for items that were listed when you were on a a plan that charged them. The opposite is true as well, if you were on a plan that charged listing fees (like GTC items) - you will still see those charges for those specific items if you were on a plan that charged listing fee's when that item was listed.
