I just opened a new vendio account (sales manager pro). I have tried for hours to upload just 1 auction and every time I get an error message about my pictures. I have another vendio account so I even tried to use some of those pictures that I used in my other account that load just fine and can not get a single picture to work so I can get an auction to launch!!!!!
This is the message. I am beyond frustrated

Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
There is a problem with images synchronization.
Please check the sync log, visible after clicking the Details button, to see which image file halted the sync process, then go to www.Vendio.com and check the status of the image.
If its upload failed (which might be due to excessive size, invalid format, or corrupted data), please remove the image from the SMPro Image Bar.

Hello,
This new Vendio account you just opened doesn't have any image hosting plan on file, so the Sales Manager Pro program is unable to upload a picture to your account.
Just click on the 'Image Hosting' tab along the left hand side of your Vendio account to pick any plan (it will move you up to the next level if you need space) - and you should then be able to upload your images from Pro without error.
