I recently got a new computer that is running windows 7 64 bit. I downloaded and re-installed Sales Manager Pro, but now it constantly shuts down when I try to save or when I want to upload my auctions, sometimes losing what I was working on. Is there a compatibility issue???

While some of our customers have been successful running Sales Manager Pro on a Windows 7 machine, others have not been successful.
Please try running the program in compatibility mode and see if that helps. This can be done by right-clicking on the desktop icon for SM Pro and selecting "Properties". Then click the compatibility tab and select to run in compatibility mode. Try Windows XP SP2 first, but if that doesn't work try each of the different compatibility options in turn.

Unfortunately, if the compatibility mode options do not work for you then you would need to use the online version of Sales Manager (which has all of the features that are available with Sales Manager Pro). You may create an item from your online account by going to "Sales Manager" in the left-hand menu and then click on the eBay icon below "Create Listing".
