I opened a 2nd account about 2 weeks ago.... ever since I am having trouble with my old account even though I followed your download instructions and installed both accounts with the latest versions, etc.
I have always had to re sync several times until it would actually work but today I have tried 10 or more times and it won't work...a box pops up every other time asking me for my username and password and even after doing that, it still does not sync.
I would really like to list since Christmas is only days away and this is now more than annoying.

Is the error coming up when trying to sync your Sales Manager Pro to your 'LISAE' username account?
If not, let us know the username that is stored in preferences of the copy that your running into this error on.
To confirm, there is no error message, it just pops up and wants you to confirm your username/password? If there is another message, please let us know what it says.

Yes...
The error is on my Lisae account.
After asking for my password, it wont sinc.
This is what happens:
Start banner synchronization.
Banner synchronized.
Start announcements synchronization.
Number of successful listing uploads: 0.
Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
The password error message is odd, it's possible the sync message is still related. I had the system re-send you the password reminder, so if you have it set to be automatically entered when you log in - you can confirm that what your entering into SMPRO is correct.
If the password was correct, click the preferences button along the left side of the page and then check the two boxes at the bottom to 'do not download' and 'upload only as required' - then save the change and try the sync again.
The next step would be checking any firewall applications you have on this computer and re-setting it up to allow SMPRO access to the web - as it may be blocking it's ability to upload data.

Thank you for the reply and whatever you did with the password reminder, must have worked. Finally, no password box came up and the system did sync right away.
