What is the newest version of SMPro? I'm running an install from April 2010. Was having no problems running in compatibility mode for upload/sync and today none of the compatibility modes will upload the pictures. Getting the same "bad response from server" message.

I have changed NOTHING.

Any help?

Hello Norma,

Please try reinstalling Sales Manager Pro, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this. You may locate the most recent version of Sales Manager Pro here:
