I am getting a little discouraged with Vendio. It seems like it's supposed to be so easy to use yet I just keep running into one problem or another and I'm only on day 5 of using it?
When I try to use sales manager pro, it asks if I want to sync preferences then tells me my user/pass is invalid. It is not.

Hello,
You shouldn't even be able to find a link to download Sales Manager Pro while logged into your account - as the software is for an older Vendio platform that your not using currently.
As a result, the Sales Manager Pro program will not be able to sync with your account.
If you found a link to download this software while logged into your own Vendio account please let us know, as we do not want users given the impression that this older program is available to use on the newer Vendio platform.
The account you have is setup to create your listings from the 'My Items' page.

I found the link in another post here. Since there is no sales manager pro or anything like it, is there a way to export inventory out of My Items?
There was another thread that said they added that to someone's account but that it should be added for everyone soon. That thread was over a year old.

Hello,
We would like to limit the forums users see to the products they have available to them, but for now all users access the same community forums as one another - regardless of which platform they are using.
The forum labeled 'Vendio platform' and 'Vendio stores' would be the two that you would be most likely to use based on the tools and platform you have available to you.
At this time there is no tool to export inventory out of the system that your using unfortunately. When we have an offline tool available for your platform that should change.

Maybe I need to be on another platform to get the features that best suit me? Unfortunately, I have not had anyone really contact me in regards to what my needs actually are.

If you want to share all of those details in the community forum we are happy to help, otherwise simply email us again (it looks like we have been working with you via email already) and we can talk more about what your needs are.
The system you have now is the one that everyone will be using eventually, and ideally you would keep it - but - if you specifically needed to be able to export your inventory in a CSV file right now - then switching platforms would be the only way to get that. Otherwise there wouldn't be a good reason to change to an older platform.
