I have a UPI that I want to close. It was opened on Feb 24th at 20:50 PST. I should have been able to close it at 20:51 on Mar. 2nd. I tried closing from Vendio and get an error. I called ebay and that can't close it either. Is that because I tried closing from Vendio and it's showing error? The item number is 290533205121. I really need some help to get my FVF back and to free up my item for either a 2nd chance offer or relist.
There does seem to be an error coming back from eBay when you sent in the request.
The error states:
"The Update Dispute failed to be submitted at the auction site.
The explanation given for the error was:
The action is not currently applicable for this dispute. Please check your action id and try again.
Please try resending the Update Dispute for this listing."
If eBay doesn't show this item as having even started the UPI process, see if you can start it from your eBay account directly - or try using the 'update' option here in Vendio to see if they accept it now.
