I had two auctions close and I received two instant payments. Auctions never moved to Items to be shipped. I marked as paid, but the invoice doesn't even have a shipping address. Where is my checkout information that I've been used to?

Hello,

As long as you have the PayPal IPN setup properly they should have sent the notifications to us so we could extract the shipping address information and mark them paid automatically.

It's the same system that sends you the emails saying you have received a payment. Unless they didn't send you those emails, it should have picked it up.

From the My Account page in your Vendio account, go to "Post Sale Acceleration" and click the 'click here' link near the top for the directions. Here you can review if you still have the IPN setup at PayPal with the correct URL.

I have it set up correctly, but it's been in the past few days that the payment hasn't shown up.

Hello,

If you could forward us, either via email or in the forum if you prefer, the item numbers for the transactions where it wasn't marked as paid automatically - we can check into it further for you.

Also, have you had orders come in since these two that did mark as paid automatically?

Thanks, Chris. The latest one was just today. It is ORDER 2077001687 which includes three ebay items, numbers 300544619123, 290553182313, and 290553182312.
I have all my settings correct and I even called Pay Pal asking that my PFEI superblock be released. I might has well been speaking in a foreign language beause nobody at PP even knows what that it.

Hello,

How did these three items become combined into this order? Did you manually combine these at some point?

It looks like the buyer completed the checkout from eBay directly and if they submitted the funds for all 3 items at the same time, we would have automatically combined the items and marked them as paid when the PayPal IPN came through for them. It's just unusual to see items combined into an order where the buyer didn't come to checkout for them from here nor was there any payment picked up from the IPN.

Unfortunately most of the issues with items not being marked as paid when they should is with combined payments being made for orders not checked out in your Vendio account.

Was your PayPal payment confirmation email showing one payment for these items combined as a whole? Or did the buyer pay for one or two of them separate from the other?

The customer requested an invoice after the sale. I went to Vendio and combined the order there. The customer then got a WBN.

I'm sorry to forget the other part of your question. He paid for them all at one time combined including the shipping. Unfortunately, it didn't indicate what shipping method he was choosing.
