I wrote last week and you addressed part of my inquiry.... but not the 2nd part.

I am ready to give up on vendio.

I can absolutely NEVER upload an auction on my 1st try. Very seldom even on 2nd try, it always errors out. Last night I had to press upload 8 times until my auction launched (very time consuming) and just 5 minutes ago I attempted to launch an auction and it took 13 or 14 tries (lost track since I had to do it so many times)
This is proving to not be worth my time anymore... I can't get anything done.

What will resolve this?

Start announcements synchronization.
Announcements synchronized.
Comparing local and online counters.
Local and online counters are identical.
Comparing local and online templates.
Local and online templates are identical.
Comparing local and online logos.
Logos compared, update will follow.
Comparing local and online graphics.
Number of successful listing uploads: 0.

Hello,

What type of internet connection do you have at this location? Dial-up, Cable, DSL, or Satellite?

From the behavior it seems like your having an issue with getting a decent upload signal. This wouldn't have much of an effect during normal web browsing, but when having to upload data like photo's, batches, and during synch, any slight interruption in the signal would cause the connection to break and require the whole process to be restarted.

This is usually most common in Satellite connections, but also in Dialup and occasionally in other types of connection equipment.

If you have a modem and a router setup to connect through, try the following:
1. Power down your computer
2. Power down your router
3. Power down the modem (if there is no button, unplug it.)
4. Wait 60 seconds
5. Turn on the modem
wait until the modem is fully booted up, meaning it's lights have gone back to their normal flashing pattern
6. Turn on your router
wait until it's fully booted back up
7. Turn on the computer

Try the synch process again.

One more item to check is the Preferences menu in Sales Manager Pro. Scroll to the bottom of the preferences section and check the two boxes labeled 'do not upload' and 'do not download' for the images sync.
