I have been using salesmanager pro for years, but have not been able to because the program shuts down with vista and windows 7. Is there a platform available that supports these 2 operating systems? I would love to keep using this software, especially for auctions with more than 12 images. Can i resign under a different platform. Please advise. greg

Hello Greg,
There isn't another version of the Pro software available to download at this time. (There likely won't be an updated version of the program released either, as a long of the current and upcoming eBay changes are going to slowly make it obsolete unfortunately.)
It's not too bad in Windows 7 anymore if you run it in compatibility mode for Windows 98, but Vista can be problematic no matter what you do.
If you right click on the SMPRO icon and go to the properties menu, click the compatibility tab and try setting it for Windows 98 first. Next try XP SP2 if 98 didn't work out for your setup and let us know the results of your efforts.

i need this fix as soon as possible
Windows 7 ultimate is perfect, as it comes with XP Mode - which is what you need to run software that was designed for Windows XP and not specifically for Windows Vista/7/8.
