Where do I find the post-sale keys to reconcile this transaction?

PLEASE NOTE: We have received a PayPal payment notification (IPN) containing a payment for multiple items including this one, but we cannot reconcile the order. Please enter the correct payment amounts manually by clicking the post-sale keys.

The place where you are viewing this message - you are already within the post sale details section. Those numbered keys you clicked on to where you saw this message - those were the post sale keys.
