I had several auctions scheduled to launch tonight and every one of them has returned this error "Error 240: The item cannot be listed or modified.
* The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy."
There is nothing wrong with my eBay account - is there a glitch with Vendio?

Hello,
I checked your account, however I was not able to locate any recently errored listings in your pending listings. Are you currently having trouble with this? If so, please let us know the name of a pending listing that has this problem, so that we can take a closer look. Also, with error 240 you can usually get the more specific reason for the error message by doing an eBay preview of the item in your Vendio account.
