Whenever a buyer chooses UPS Shipping, there is always a discrepancy between what is owed for shipping. A UPS sale never moves to the paid catagory in Vendio. All I see is a red error amounts.

Hello,
The difference is likely related to your "UPS Customer Type" account setting. Please go to "My Account" --> "Global Preferences" --> scroll down to the "Calculated Shipping Options" section and edit the "UPS Customer Type" field. Should you continue to have this problem for your future new listings, after making this change, please let us know a specific order number that has the problem, so that we can take a closer look.

Hello,
I apologize for the confusion. You should change the field to whatever method you use to ship UPS, as the rates are different depending on the method that is selected.

I guess the problem is that I am using calculated shipping and get a discount with UPS? So, when I print a pay pal label, the customer is being charged my discounted amount and Vendio's invoice is showing the full price so the invoice is showing that shipping is due. That prevents the sale from moving to the paid section and it remains in the awaiting payment because the customer didn't pay what Vendio's invoice indicated should be the total. Any way to correct this?

Hello,
In addition to setting up the correct customer type, in this same section please also enter your UPS account information. You may make sure this information is current by clicking the link for "register again" in this section and follow the steps.

Hello,
I checked the UPS website, and the $13.39 shipping charge that Vendio is showing for this order is the correct shipping charge for your current settings (with your UPS settings set that you will drop off the package at a UPS location). Please try changing the "UPS Customer Type" setting on the Global Preferences page to "Daily Pickup" and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
Thank you for letting us know, and I am sorry for the problems this is causing you. I have asked our engineers to take a look, and we will let you know once we hear back from them.
I wanted to let you know that we took another look, and it does seem that the Vendio calculator is correct (and matches up with what the UPS site is showing for the cost). It looks like this is a problem with eBay's shipping calculator, unfortunately.
