I'm having this error come up when I try to upload a batch of ebay listings. Any help would be appreciated as I have no idea why it is doing this and have no experience with such an error

Prior to any of the following, simply restart Sales Manager Pro and the computer, if everything has been working fine and no changes have been made recently to your setup. If that doesn't help, proceed with the following tips:
Click the preferences button along the left hand side of the Pro window. At the bottom of preferences, check the two boxes related to images sync and save the change.
If your batch is already saved, close it and then click to syncronize without uploading a batch at the same time.
Does it sync without uploading the batch? (if not, click the details button and let us know/see what it says.)
If it does, then try doing the batch again. If it fails after attempting an image upload again, click the details button to see which image it's stuck on. See if then removing this image from the batch will allow the upload to process. (in case there is an issue with the photo as mentioned in the error message.)
