The last couple weeks Vendio has been very slow and it won't go to closed or active for me. No other sites are slow on my computer except Vendio. Many times I lose listings as it stalls after I launch them. Very frustrating....
Are you having trouble getting to your active and/or closed section of the Sales Manager today?
When you are unable to get there, what happens exactly? Does it just seem to load longer than usual but load eventually, or does the browser completely fail and time out waiting for the site?
If your just running into speed issues on the site where your creating listings/uploading photo's/etc, it would certainly help to purge Internet Explorer's Temporary Internet Files - especially if the behavior has been seemingly consistent for that long of a time frame. While the site may have been slow on and off at some point during that window, it wouldn't have been all the time and you certainly shouldn't be timing out while simply trying to get to the Sales Manager active/closed sections (unless your on dial-up modem connections, which it doesn't sound like you are.)
From the Tools menu at the top of Internet Explorer, go to 'Internet Options' and then look for the 'delete' button in the history area. Click to delete the temporary internet files and then restart the browser. It's more than likely that a corrupt version of the Vendio page was loaded into your history and it's making every visit slower than it should be.
You could also test the true speed of the site Vs any browser related problems by comparing the speed with a different browser like FireFox. If you can move much quicker in one than the other you'll know the speed of the site and your connection isn't related to it.

I have high speed wireless internet. The main problem is clicking on anyting under control panel on the left: active, closed, pending. None of them have worked for a long time. I am very knowledgeable with computers/windows - i have of course deleted temp files, set provisions to accept everything from Vendio etc. It is clearly a site issue. I have no issues on any other sites and I am in dozens every day for my other businesses.
I am sorry for the problems this is causing you. Could you please let us know whether or not you have the same problem when using a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox?

Please don't take me as being rude but seriously, you want me to try mozilla and firefox!?? I'm not gonna run mozilla and firefox whenever i need to list with vendio. Lot of white screens and stalls with Vendio lately; I have to click on Vendio in my favorites to run any control panel functions as they won't work on the site.
You can certainly continue running Internet Explorer if that has been working well for you. We only suggest to users to try using alternative browsers like Mozilla's FireFox or Google's Chrome as a means of troubleshooting and verifying the source of an issue. If you can use the same computer on the same internet connection and suddenly alleviate a lot of your problems by simply doing the same thing with a different browser - you'll know that Internet Explorer is one source of the trouble your having. Alternately if you do the same and the experience is eactly the same, you'll know that your lucky that your copy of Internet Explorer is working great and isn't suffering from the multitude of problems it's known to be prone to.

Same problems on my laptop. Vendio starts out fine but the more I use it - it slows down until it won't let me do anything - every time i use it in WinEx. Restarting windows helps for a while then same problem. No other site gives me this problem on either computer running Windows 7 64 bit. I am clearly not the only one having issues. I agree it is probably Windows Explorer related. But that's your guys job to make this site work on Windows Explorer - not vice versa.
I have been using Vendia (before it was Vendio) for 12 years, but I am about to give up. It's a battle to get anything to work without stall or white screen.

I meant to say internet explorer -- using Windows 7. Brain is tired from trying to change internet explorer settings to make vendio work.
You mention trying to change settings to help Internet Explorer work - what are you changing in your IE settings? While we still haven't had any other reports coming in about specific issues with Internet Explorer and the Vendio Sales Manager pages, it's possible there's an issue somewhere but without a bit of troubleshooting we won't be able to narrow it down.
Ideally we could get you to just *try* ANY other browser just to get a comparison of speed on that same computer, and then know if it really is specific to IE or not. But if there is a big problem with the site surely someone else will report it eventually and we can then work with them to try the same and get the information needed. Unfortunately we have been unable to replicate the reported details from this ticket.
