It seems that an old problem is reoccuring, and I can't remember what caused it to happen before and what I did to fix it.
I'll be creating a listing in SMPro and when I move it over to a batch to upload, it crashes and shows a run time "0" error. It's very frustrating to work so hard to create a listing and then you have to do it over again.
It's really strange. Sometimes it will show two of the same listing in the batch and there won't be any shipping choices selected and it won't allow me to pick a shipping choice. And then the crash.....

Hello,
While some of our customers have been successful using SMPro on a Windows 7 machine, others have not. The first thing to try to get SMPro to work on a Windows 7 machine is to try running the program in different compatibility modes. This can be done by right-clicking on the SMPro desktop icon and selecting "Properties". Then click the "Compatibility" tab and select to run the program in compatibility mode. Then try Windows 98 compatibility mode. If that does not work try Windows XP SP2. If that does not work try the other compatibility options in turn. While we unfortunately cannot guarantee that this will work for your Windows 7 machine, some of our customers have been successful when making those changes.

Hello,
Assuming that nothing on the computer has changed in terms of software or even some of the software being updated - then theoretically it should behave exactly as it always has.
You can easily take the software itself out of the equation by simply reinstalling it. You don't have to remove the old one first, the install process will only overwrite any missing or incomplete/corrupt files, while retaining saved batches, images and preferences.
Your best bet for Windows 7 though, is to install the Pro software under the XP Mode (Virtual PC) environment. Ive never ran into any issues with Pro in this environment (because then it's installed into the operating system that it was designed for and still officially supported under.)
