Hi,
about 2 weeks ago I noticed that almost all of the specifics for watches are gone,especially 31387 category,there is really only 1 choice left,used,new etc. How can I get them back,I am using the offline verison of smp

Hello Paul,
What happened was we finally purged all of the old Item Specific value's from Pro that were no longer supported by eBay.
There are a number of categories that got away from the fixed Item Specific values and starting using (what is internally known there and here as) Custom Item Specifics instead, where the values change from time to time and you can write in your own values instead of picking from the drop down.
What was happening was the old item specifics, while you could specify them on the listing form, weren't really mapping to anything on your active listings.
We removed those as a first step in (eventually) rolling out support for Custom Item Specifics in Sales Manager Pro.
For the time being you only lost your ability to define specifics that eBay was just going to ignore anyway, but we hope to bring in the Custom Item Specific values to be definable in Pro (for all categories) in the future.
