While some of our customers have had success using Sales Manager Pro on Windows 8, others have not been successful. If you would like to try and use Sales Manager Pro with your Windows 8 machine, the biggest block lately, in terms of running the Pro software on a more recent version of Windows than it was created for - is if you have any Microsoft Office products installed. There was an update to Office in the past year that's causing programs to be terminated by Windows, after it thinks they have crashed (when they haven't, it just terminates the app 'for you.')
If your in a position to do so, removing Microsoft Office may help restore it's functionality.
The best solution however, is running Pro in XP Mode if your version of Windows 8 has it. That, or switching to the fully featured online version of the Sales Manager instead of the stripped down offline one.

Nathan: Two questions.. How do I get the online version? How do I get the auction listing batches I have in Manager transferred to the online version? Thanks.
You may get the online version by logging in to your Vendio account at vendio.com, and then click on "Sales Manager" at the top left of the page. Then click the "eBay" icon below "Create Listing" in order to get the create listing form.
Unfortunately, if you have auction data in batches that has not been uploaded yet, then it is not possible to get this information to your online account without uploading it from Pro directly. Note that you can upload items from Pro without scheduling them to launch. This will simply dump them into your pending listings page, where you can then access as needed.
