Thank you for you for writing in.

Yes, we understand the issue still persists with the SM pro and are working on resolving it.

What about the full featured version of the Sales Manager available on the website? This way you don't have to be on any particular computer and can access all of your data at any time, and from any browser or any version of Windows or Mac computer. The Sales Manager Pro program was originally designed when users still had dialup connections to the internet and hasn't been updated since Windows XP, so there would be a basic stripped down version of the tools to use offline.

The web based Sales Manager available on the Vendio website would be the best alternative to it. To get started just log into your account and click the eBay logo in the upper left hand corner of the Sales Manager page, just under the 'Create Listing' heading.

Regards,
Sunil

I am also having the same problem, went to write some auctions this morning and the 1st thing I noticed was something about maximum number of pictures, whats up with that.I know you have stated in the past that contined support for SMP is not really going to happen. My son has been using turbolister for a few years and I guesss it is time to jump ship

I have resorted to listing one by one on-line. Cumbersome, way more tabs / clicks to get it all done and then have to select all to delay the scheduled launce time with my desired intervals. The problem with the PC batch version seems to be a simple program linking the new categories to SM. Ebay has altered the categories and requirements many times. Why so much trouble supporting it this time? We have paid in full for a year of SM that should carry us through to next February.

You say to use the full featured version of the Sales Manager available on the website... that is fine but how do I access all my saved batches if I switch to using that version?

Would I have to rewrite my descriptions over and over again because I have about 50 products in 10 different sizes that I just click on my saved batch each time to relist.

Additionally today now trying to access said batches today I have no category's and a plain white template

I tried using your on line listing tool on Friday and when I tried to list items in MUSIC / RECORDS it was pulling up Video categories!!!!

I finally had to do my listing directly on Ebay itself. (what a pain)

SMP is so much faster to use.
If you list directly with Vendio, you must up load your photos in one place and then remember where they are and what you named them etc. Too time consuming. If I can't use SMP I would rather list directly to ebay.

When will we have a fix????

Thanks for taking care of this. It's so much nicer than listing from the site.
