Aside from all my categories being gone.... my templates that I have been using under both my user names are gone. I have been using my same template for like 15 years or more under my other user name.... this is not cool.
I am getting a message that due to size limitations only a blank template will be provided and that template is pushing all my photos to the bottom of the page in a straight line.... looks horrible!!
I am trying to list a huge number of items today to make money for a large purchase I have to make and this is just killing my plan, I cant post listings looking like armature hour!

I've got the same problem in Sales Manager Pro.
Did you get an answer to the problem yet?
Everything looks OK if I try to post from Vendio but I don't want to do that. Help

HEY Vendio guys.... I pay $960++ a year so I can have my templates for both my usernames, do you think you could at the very least respond to me since it has been OVER a day now since I posted!!

Thank you for writing in. The issue with the SM Pro categories was resolved yesterday that 06/15/2015. Please restart and re sync your SM Pro application and it should load and show you the valid eBay categories.
