When I upload a picture from my computer, that has been rotated, into Manager Pro it rotates back to the original orientation. In other wards if I rotate a picture in my computer from sideways to straight up, when I transfer it to Manager Pro it comes out sideways again. I didn't have this problem until I updated my computer last week to Windows 10. Any fix for this?
Unfortunately, Sales Manager Pro is not compatible with Windows 10. I have forwarded your comments to Product Management for future considerations. We will follow up with you and keep you posted on the status update.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this issue.

Hello,
The problem isn't specific to Windows 10, it's just an issue overall with how you rotate your images. Depending on what you use to rotate it, your computer is just remembering that you like to see that image in that orientation - meaning that it was never actually edited and saved with that new orientation.
It's a feature that's been around since Windows 8 and it pops up from time to time.
Just rotate your images using an actual image editing program instead of the default windows image viewer and the rotations should actually save and display that way once you upload them to the web.
If you were to upload the image directly from the website, without Pro, it would do the same thing your running into with it on Pro. You could also open the image in MSPaint, which will display your image in it's true orientation (if you just wanted to confirm that what I said above is true. But don't waste your time, i'm right.)
