I am not normally one to gripe, but am forced to do this because Paypal has not resolved this issue. I have tried to clear my account with Paypal - I needed the money for Christmas and the exchange rate was good at that time - on 12.12.00. They said it would take 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to my Visa account. Still no money on 12 Jan 01. Where is my money!!! They say the transaction has been completed and it's now over to the Credit card company. My bank says they have had numerous complaints about Paypal. Do they think because we are in Australia we can't reach them over there?/ Many Australian dealers are dissatisfied with the service offered by Paypal. Has this happened to any one else, and can anyone suggest another payment method that includes the promptness and guarantees of a credit card???? Please reply to [email protected].
