Paypal was working fine for me yesterday, but today I tried to charge and it said my credit card could not be verified. Tried a few more times, then called the credit card company. My account is fine, and they cleared off all the non-completed attempts but it still did not work. So I tried to add another credit card, but Paypal said verification could not be completed there either? Been using Paypal since inception and have never had a problem. Is my account restricted in some way?

Just a followup.. tried with several mastercards and all were 'unable to verify', including the registered one that had been working forever. Tried a Visa and it worked. Odd. (All was working fine until yesterday..)
